French Coconut Pie Recipe

2 Frozen Pie Crust (I like Mrs. Smith’s)
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cup carnation evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
7 oz. Angel Flake Coconut

In a bowl, mix butter eggs, sugar, and evaporated milk until combined. Add vanilla and salt and mix well. Add coconut.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
