Sweet Potato Soufflé Recipe

4 cups mashed sweet potato (fresh, no canned)
½ cup sherry
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup butter

Nuts, marshmallow, and raisin (optional)

Combine sweet potatoes and all ingredients in bowl. Mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
