1 (15oz.) can chickpeas, drained
¼ cup tahini
2 tbl. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice (I use a little less)
1 ½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. ground red pepper
2 tbl. chopped onion
1 tbl. lite soy sauce
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Yields 2 cups.
